Some ground rules.

These are set and enforced by the mstdn.dk moderators.

1. WRITE IN ACCEPTABLE LANGUAGES ONLY. Acceptable languages here are English or Danish. Swedish and Norwegian is also acceptable. This includes both toots/posts and boosts/reposts. The practical reason for this, is that these are the languages known to all the moderators.
2. DANISH LAW APPLIES HERE. Failure to adhere to the law will get you permanently banned.
3. NO EXTREMISM. Religious or political extremism is not tolerated here.
4. NO DISCRIMINATION. Discrimination of any kind (racism, sexism, xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia etc.) is not tolerated here. Obviously that includes name calling, targeted misgendering, deadnaming or promotion of so-called "conversation therapy".
5. FOLLOW THE RULES. Failure to comply with these simple rules will result in either a warning, temporary ban, permanent ban or report to the proper authorities, depending on the case.
6. NO DISINFORMATION. Systematic spreading of disinformation, fake news, conspiracy theories etc. is not tolereated. If you believe COVID vaccinations are a government scheme to help big pharma and boost 5G reception, this server is not for you and we will help you find the exit.
7. PRIVATE USERS ONLY. This server is meant for private individuals, and the creation of accounts for associations, companies etc. requires a preexisting agreement with the administration team. Reach out to support@mstdn.dk.
8. RESPECT THE VOLUNTEER EFFORT. The servers hosting this instance are sponsored by Incredible Bits ApS. The administration of the instance itself is solely a volunteer effort, and users of the site shouldn't expect the same service level as on a paid service.
9. USE CONTENT WARNINGS. Potentially upsetting posts should come with a Content Warning (CW). This includes but is not limited to sex, pornography, mutilation, self injury etc. This also applies when boosting other people's posts.
10. DO NOT IMPERSONATE OTHER USERS. Attempts to impersonate other users or staff on this instance will result in immediate suspension. This includes signing up with names that approximate that of another user or changing your display name to that of another user.
11. NO SPAM. This server is not meant as an advertisement channel for your company, your crypto currency scam, your YouTube channel or anything along those lines. If you're trying to sell something or lure someone in, you're in the wrong place.
12. DON'T BE A DICK. Don't post incoherent sentences. Don't just link elsewhere without context or description. Don't use excessive tagging. Don't be repetitive. Don't be the one that upsets the delicate calm of the admins, for they are subtle and quick to anger.
